This year’s community program focused on helping women farmers become stronger leaders in both production and business. Training sessions covered financial planning, farm recordkeeping, and business negotiation skills.
By creating safe spaces for knowledge-sharing and peer support, the project helped women build confidence, increase participation in cooperative activities, and strengthen their voice in local coffee decision-making.
The impact goes beyond one season. These women are now shaping the future of their households, cooperatives, and communities with greater agency and long-term opportunity.
